Any other band would put all these together to make a great album, but Red Guitars had a different groove. The anticipated but underwhelming Slow to Fade took the wind from their sails. Apart from Marimba, the title track and Astronomy, nothing on this album really catches the ear.

The Red Guitars were an English indie rock band active from to Based in Hull, the Red Guitars' first single "Good Technology" was a minor hit, selling 60, singles "Marimba Jive" and "Be With Me" both reached number one on the UK Indie Chart.

I have had this on vinyl for ages, basically since it came out, to be able to get it brand new on CD for a little over $4 was amazing. Frank Marino is a very under rated guitar player who also has an amazing voice, highly recommend this CD. I would also recommend their live CD/5().
